This is a classic style narrow tapered lip medicine.  Made by W C Sweet  (of Black Oil fame).  This product was Hivato Chinese Balsam & Liniment abbreviated on the bottle. Sweet was a maker of medicines for man or beast.

Bottle Description : Aqua, tapered lip , open pontil scar, hinge mold, odd numbers and marks on bottom maybe from annealing rack?
Height : 6"
Bottle Condition : Cleaned bottle, perfect shape, no damage.
